How I made a recharge 06/09/23 of 30 DH for a month on social networks *6 and then yesterday I have no hand to concentrate like what the balance and exhausted??for me it’s tachafaret flights and we are not the first time. I want to be called to orange or else I will change the operator for the fix also I will go to inwi and I will bring back all my family even the people who have mobile subscriptions my husband mom and the others. ��������

Incompetent technicians they have ..

Incompetent technicians they installed a fiber connection to my neighbor (Apt 394 Bayti 6 Sala Al Jadida) and used our cable to us (Apt 391) for connection, we stayed without internet connection to days, real DIY and fuck.

Orange’s ADSL 20Mega Wi-Fi is very bad. Orange’s service really disappointed me.

If you want to throw your money go for it

I transferred my IAM line to Orange and it was a bad decision. At the beginning of the first month the flow was zero then, I had cuts which could last up to a week, and the last time, it lasted more than a month. I made several complaints, but they did not answer me. I just want to terminate my line but I did not receive any return, apart from the bill that I have to pay even. To avoid ridiculous this orange

Very zero as a network I am in dar box wifi 6 and I struggle to just play on PS4 and on my phone difficult to watch a movie every 1 minutes I have to wait and I unplug the millions of times always the same problem.. Never again I choose it the null orange I prefer orange from Paris to be good network soon finished M Vacation here Morocco.. So strongly France

I am disappointed by the Orange fiber installation service. I was waiting for an installation in less than 48 hours according to them, but that was not the case, and there was no communication from them to apologize, it’s really unhappy

Zero service !

Nonexistent technical service. Ashamed

Subscriber since June 20, 2023 at the Orange ADSL, my box has never worked. I made 4 complaints. No technician came. 2 months after still not the Internet Orange Morocco. Orange threatened me with prosecution if I did not pay the bills. Ashamed. Incompetence. I will terminate, the only solution. Maroc Telecom had warned me. Orange is cheaper but you will not have an internet. It is reality. With such competition, IAM has a bright future ahead of him and is not ready to lower his fiber prices. IAM can say thank you to Orange. Flee Orange. Do not be convinced to make a portability by an orange salesperson. You will regret it

Landy advertising no unlimited internet !

I bought a recharging at 500 DH which is supposed to give me unlimited internet peed 30 days. After only 10 days that cuts automatically for no reason. After a long discussion with their technical service they tell me that apparently it would not be unlimited but that there would be a limit of 100GB. Which means that their advertisement was false . Because in advance I made sure to ask the official orange seller if it was unlimited and he insured it to me in addition to all the posters or it was written.
In the end it is unacceptable for such a large company such as Orange !

One of your prestatrous technicians came to my building disconnected the wires of the box then left leaving them. We call to do my without follow -up. Technical service in Morocco Casablanca really incompetent and Orange Customer Service They all respect the same speech without solution or means of contacting your service providers. My telephone line is down ..

My telephone line has broken down since 06/25/2023 (no call receipt, I have that the program), I reclaimed on 06/26/2023,
We are on 07/05/2023, I totaled a total of 19 calls (19 reclamations in 9 days), the waiting period for an agent answers you 08 min at 11 minutes, the answer is always the same: “We will relaunch your complaint to the engineering service for the” umpteenth time “, we still have no response from them. Stay reachable ”
Worse still, it is that it does not even give you a delay to solve the problem.
I count a lot on telephonic calls for my work, I was really injured by this problem.

Very disappointed with the mailing service

Very disappointed with the mailing service, incompetent, lack of analysis and understanding, they know that sending type emails that did not meet the request, I struggled to stop my subscription . After realization they reactivated my line with the subscription and here is the surprise one month more without use on my part to date no answers to my last complaint
I am not satisfied following this ignorance

Orange my pirate my phone that has a foreign sim card.

I am a visitor in Morocco and I took an Orange Internet card only (Airbox). Orange hacked my phone by sending a message every faith I want Telephoner while my phone has a foreign sim card (UKE) for unpaid invoice when I paid. IS SUCH I should complain to the police or competent company.

Catastrophic flow in peak hours

Dar box fixed 12m for 2 years. 4 -bar router signal. Catastrophic connection (1 to 2 m/s) between 6 p.m. and midnight every day. Outside these hours, I have 12 mega/s. Problem, either saturation during peak hours or limitation of the flow imposed by Orange to adjoin saturation. Possibility to streamer Netflix and Molotov TV in SD during these tips.

Is Orange.Ma, is not informed of the behavior of a counter -productive minorities of these employees.
12/12/2022, around 13.00 Hours, Orange Agency, located in Sahat Al Madina, Tangier, an antipatic employee, hostile to customers, refuse to hear me for a connection problem.
Fortunately is thanks to its colleague which was present it was who directed me well, the problem was solved.
How many such employees are at Orange.MA is to lose thousands of customers.
