Hello, I want to share my recent experience with SOSH/Orange customer service concerning a problematic situation that I met with my telephone bill. I was confronted with an unsolicited subscription which was added to my bill, despite my protests.When I contacted customer service to resolve this problem, I was received by a representative of the name of Carine. Unfortunately, the interaction was not up to my expectations in terms of customer service. Despite my clear explanations concerning the fact that I had never subscribed to this subscription, I was sent back to the service editor to solve the problem, even if Orange/Sosh was the supplier of my invoice.This lack of responsibility on the part of the supplier left me perplexed. I would have thought that a company of this scale would take the concerns of its customers more seriously and would do everything possible to rectify an unfair situation. Always very satisfied.

Always very satisfied. I have several lines at a good price at SOSH which allows you to benefit from the right orange mobile network (better than all others) and small more (vowifi, volte, visual messaging). They even released a 5G package at 20 euros not long ago and I think I would take it, it’s the same price as Free but the quality is there, unlike their false 5g (700mhz) which does not bring anything more. For fiber, it’s been 2 years since I have two boxes with them and the connection is very reliable, ras, no worries. It is the same box as Orange, the support is reactive and in case of doubt, they offer 200 GB on a Sosh or Orange line if there is a breakdown. On the two boxes, the connection is reliable and I have never noticed any cuts. The flow is very good for all uses (300 Mbps) and reached. The interconnections are good and allow you to enjoy the good flow of fiber. I had been disappointed by Free or sometimes you have the fiber but the flow towards certain servers is approaching zero. For the ping, it is also better and in Haute Savoie, at best I have a ping of 3 ms towards certain servers.
