Via MMS voicemail

Via MMS voicemail is a service that allows you to receive your voice messages in the form of audio files by MMS (multimedia messaging service). Instead of calling your voicemail, you can read the audio file directly from your messages to hear a voice message. You can also keep your voice messages as long as you wish, because audio files will remain in your text conversations until you delete them. Eligibility for voicemail via MMS

All Bell Mobility customers subscribed to the messages center are eligible for this improvement and are automatically registered, with the exception of customers subscribed to voicemail options with text or visual voicemail. These customers can manually access voicemail via MMS by sending the text message “Start” (yes) to 44625. Note: To receive voice messages through multimedia messaging (MMS), your smartphone must be connected to the Bell network, cell data must be activated and you must be able to receive multimedia messages. There is no cost for data used with voicemail via MMS in Canada. Data fees will apply in roaming.

How can I choose to subscribe to voicemail via MMS or unsubscribe?
To no longer receive voicemail via MMS, send the text message “Stop” (no) to 44625.
To register for voicemail via MMS, send the text message “Start” (yes) to 44625.

How can I deactivate the voicemail reviews of my device?
To be notified new voice messages only By MMS, you can deactivate the default voicemail reviews of your device by sending the “disable” text message to the 44625. Please note that if you deactivate these opinions on your device, you will not be advised new voice messages in any situation where MMS cannot be sent. To reactivate the default voicemail reviews of your device, send the text message “Enable” (activate) to 44625.

Are they required for this service?
In Canada: No, this service is an improvement in the Center de Message option, which is included in all the Current Bell Mobility smartphones packages.

Outside Canada: roaming, the rates for using current data apply, and will be deducted from your roaming option, if applicable. Otherwise, the roaming data prices payable for use apply according to where you are traveling; See Bell.Ca/roaming to find out the roaming prices. The use of data applies if the audio file is downloaded automatically or if you open the MMS and download the audio file manually.

Vocal messaging by MMS is a service that allows you to receive your voice messages in the form of audio files by MMS (multimedia messaging service). Instead of calling your voicemail, you can read the audio file directly from your messages to hear a voice message. You can also keep your voice messages as long as you want, since audio files will stay in your texts until you erase them.

Vocal messaging by MMS is included in all Virgin Plus Current Coffee Packages. No change will be made to the way you manage your vocal box (p. ex., Deletion of messages, modification of the personalized reception message, etc.), and you can still access your voicemail to listen to your messages, if you prefer.

You will continue to receive traditional voice messages, unless you choose to deactivate these opinions. See the FAQ for more info.

Eligibility for vocal messaging by MMS

All members of Virgin Plus with voicemail are eligible for this improvement and are automatically registered, with the exception of members who have the addition of voicemail by text and/or visual voicemail. These members can manually activate vocal messaging by MMS by texting yes to 44625.

Attention : To receive voice messages by MMS, your smartphone must be connected to the Virgin Plus network, must be able to receive MMS messages, and cellular data must be activated. There is no cost for using data for voice messages sent by MMS in Canada. Data costs apply to homelessness.
