Many dishonest deliverers that tarnish the reputation of Uber Eats. It’s a shame for serious workers.. Uber Eats should do something to sort the deliverers and not accept anyone.. I uninstall the application.

Order canceled without stopping

I spent my evening ordering dishes that were finally canceled. I want to clarify that I waited 40 minutes between each commands to know that she will not be delivered ultimately. Thank you Uber Eats, great service.

Dishonest !

I ordered a burger and it was not the right one . I directly send a photo and message to the Uber Eats application. I was answered directly “Sorry for the inconvenience we will reimburse you the sum of € 14 within 3-4 working days” . 1 week later still no refund and when I ask Uber an explanation I am answered: DSL but not possible to make a refund because the order to exceed 48 hours . Full facelift ! They are thieves. After that it is their technique they offer you a so -called good service to you thoroughly deep after ! #liar !
