If you have taken +20 €, it is not only this TV +option, but a change to another subscription offer accompanied by this option (it is only available on offers released since September 2021).

How to delete the TV Plus option??

When I ask to deactivate the TV+ option (online) the form offers me a summary in which I discover that the Izneo option remains included in my subscription and suddenly becomes a payroll at 9.99 €.

As it is an option should be done without problem via customer area/subscription/manage my options, as you have to do by unit it .

Hello, New customer was written 2 months free for the TV+ option which was checked automatically but they still debit 10 euro.
When I click delete, I come back the next day, the option still present and I can delete it again? So it doesn’t work ?
It is specifying that a surcharging number must be called to delete the option otherwise.

It looks like a crook box, not surprising that many people go on the competition where there are 0 subscription and blah with more option.
To see if reimbursement otherwise I oppose my bank and goodbye canal:/

(because in addition to this aranque, the catalog is a gas factory with all their chain, streaming, vod, impossible to find your way around, the application from Orange is bugger and has no search engine for film (2023:>), the function Continue the film works only if we launch on the MyCanal application and not on the orange box, forgot the simplicity and the low prices from Netflix on Canal+ :))

I enabled the TV option by mistake+. I was able to deactivate easily, but on the other hand I was taken all the same 9.35 €. How to recover this sum ?I have tel and I was told that she would be donated to me but I have still received nothing. THANKS
