I bought an iPhone 14 pro more than a month ago on backmarket over a month ago. Having received the phone of the bad color, and in addition to that without the original box, I asked a return to Backmarket. I would like to know if there are other you who have experienced a similar thing with them? I plan to go and file a complaint but this time against them.

At the read of your story, the reception of an item which is not the right color than that ordered without its original box does not justify a complaint filing; what title ? and it is amazing that it was accepted.

Indeed, this is simply a lack of conformity of the property provided for in article L217-3 of the Consumer Code:

“The seller issues a property in accordance with the contract as well as to the criteria set out in article L. 217-5.
It responds to existing compliance faults at the time of the delivery of the property within the meaning of the article L. 216-1, which appear within two years from it ..

The seller also meets, during the same deadlines, compliance defects resulting from the packaging … “

First of all thank you for your reply. The concern being that the seller says that he has sent the right color well when this is not the case. Also, when I sent the proof requested from Backmarket, they cut access to my account (more way to connect to it). I exchange with them by email suddenly, but even there they no longer answer. I forgot that the payment had been made with Paypal, so I launched a dispute on Paypal, without much hope. Besides, like a poor idiot I didn’t think about taking pictures.
