Try to contact their complaint service from the customer area contact page, subscription problem then complaint.

How many times will it be necessary to repeat it, at Canal as almost everywhere else the “month of trial” are never free !
This “month of testing”, as its name suggests, means that if in the first weeks you realize that you don’t like it you can cancel the commitment of 12 or 24 months; But that does not make this period free.
Reread your commitment contract. To my knowledge the only ones to do free periods (a maximum week) are “without obligation” services but not contracts with commitment.

When I read “we are told 1 month of testing, it would be necessary to say that it is paying”, I light. In all trade we will never specify “paying” (any service/product is paid) on the other hand if it is free it will be put forward.

It was 1 month of free tries, I took in early August and unsubscribed on August 26, so I was in the month .
Take € 71.99 they cut Canal on September 02 !
Now I can’t reach them

As already said several times:
Contracts with a month’s trial is not free ! And that for all operators and not just channel.
One month of testing this means that you subscribe to a subscription contract which normally can only be canceled after one or two years, but that exceptionally you have the opportunity to cancel it to the cous of the 1st month. This month of commitment decision period remains invoiced, it is not “a free month”.

It is boring to respond to unjustified complaints only because the signatories do not read their own commitment.
