Borrowing most of its components from the sedan of the same name, including a battery with a capacity of 90.6 kWh, this mid -size electric SUV is available in two versions, or 350 and 500 and offers autonomy that can go as far as ‘500 kilometers. For performance followers, the EQE is also available in AMG version to add a little more spice to driving dynamics.

The Nissan X-Trail is elected “Best Grand SUV 2023” by the Jury of Women’s World Car of the Year

Dietlikon, Switzerland -The jury of the thirteenth edition of the Women’s World Car of the Year (Wwcoty) awarded the Nissan X-Trail the Prize for Best Grand SUV 2023.

WWCOTY, the only international price whose jury is made up exclusively of women journalists specializing in the automobile, praised the new X-Trail for its habitability, its fluid performance and its innovative electrified E-Power motorization.

Built on the CMF-C platform of the Alliance, the new X-Trail has a muscular design and sophisticated technologies offering a 100 % electric driving sensation thanks to the E-Power technology associated with the E-4ORCE all-wheel drive at two engines. The new X-Trail is available in five or seven-seater versions, offering a practical solution for outings with family or friends. The X-Trail is today the only seven-seater electrified SUV in its segment.

EXCLUSIVE E-POWER technology

E-Power is Nissan’s innovative propulsion system which offers the driving sensations of a 100 % electric vehicle without the need to recharge it. The e-power system of the new X-Trail is made up of a high-efficiency battery and a powertrain including a fuel engine with variable compression rate, a generator, an inverter and an front electric motor of 150 kW. With the E-Power system, the wheels are only trained by the electric motor, which results in an instant and linear response to the accelerator.

Marketed in more than 100 countries, the X-Trail is one of the most popular Nissan vehicles in the world, and it has allowed families to go on an adventure for more than 20 years. The new X-Trail remains faithful to the well-established DNA found in its three previous generations.

After receiving the Best SUV Prize, the X-Trail was selected for the highest WWCoty award, the best car of the year 2023, which will be revealed on March 8.
