Suggestions concerning the consumption consumption monitoring.

I encounter problems with the consumption monitoring of Sosh and I wanted to share it here.

1) First of all, the deadline for updating data consumption is not in real time.
Indeed, this consumption seems to activate every 4/6 hours, or more.
If someone knows the exact time, I am interested.

At Red (SFR), the consumption monitoring of data is almost instantaneous not to say instantaneous.

Why Orange/Sosh doesn’t do the same thing?
I find it abnormal this update period.

2) Recently, the date and time of updating the consumption follow -up no longer appears. Ditto on the consumption monitoring of Orange. Why this choice?
Ditto for the date and time for the “Hors-Forfait” section.

The quantity of data remaining expressed in “Mo/Go” always appears but in very small. I find it clearly less readable..

Why Orange/Sosh does not leave the customer the choice of the type of display?

The old display (expressed in Mo/Go) was clearer and more readable.

As much as Orange has a very good network, as much their if you are lagging behind:

– Consumption monitoring which is acting every 4/6 hours approximately
– 48 hours for activation volt/vowifi

– 48 hours for the creation of the customer area after a first activation of the SIM card or a portability.
– Orange volte/Vowifi is not compatible with all smartphones (several Xiaomi, for example, are not compatible with Orange volte/Vowifi but are with that of Bouygues and SFR).
– Partially recognized volte and/or causing problems on certain Samsung Galaxy (missed calls problem not appearing in the call log if a person calling on a galaxy (on orange network) cuts before the 5th ringtone. The problem only arises when the volte is activated).

It would be really good if Orange could improve all these points in the future.
Because it is a shame for such an important operator to be very late on these points there.
