Microsoft 365 COPILOT
Microsoft 365 COPILOT is an AI -based productivity tool that uses bulky language models and incorporates your data into Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 applications and services. It works with popular Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc. Microsoft 365 Copilot provides intelligent assistance in real time, allowing users to improve their creativity, productivity and skills.
During the early access program, participating customers will receive Microsoft 365 COPILOT licenses which grant access to COPILOT experiences in Microsoft 365.
Availability of features between plans
During the early access program, Microsoft 365 Copilot requires a Microsoft E3 or E5 license.

Microsoft 365 Copilot: a new personal assistant commanded by natural language
Microsoft today announces the launch of Microsoft 365 Copilot, a new personal assistant integrated in all Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.) which combines the power of large language models (large language models) with data from Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 applications to make natural language the most powerful productivity tool on the planet. Microsoft also announces a whole new experience with Business Chat* which thanks to LLM, Microsoft 365 applications and user data (calendar, emails, cats, documents, meetings and contacts) allows it to generate daily tasks through instructions given in natural language.

Release their creativity: By easily creating the first frame of a Word document, a relevant and aesthetic powerpoint presentation from an existing document, or even professional quality views in seconds in Excel.
Increase their productivity to focus on the essentials: Summarize long exchanges of emails or write suggestions for responses in Outlook, synthesize in real time the main points and actions to take from a Teams meeting or automate tasks and create chatbots in Power Platform have never been so Simple thanks to Microsoft 365 COPILOT. Business chat, the new copilot experience operating thanks to natural language, uses organization data and applications to reveal the user information and knowledge to the user. Business chat has been accessible from Microsoft365.com, bing (by connecting with a Microsoft company account) and teams.
Fully exploit all the functionality of the Microsoft 365 applications: While there are thousands of features in Microsoft 365, it is difficult to master them in their entirety. Today, they are now accessible to everyone via natural language requests.
COPILOT system: AI ready for the company
Large language models powered by AI are formed on a large but limited corpus of data. The key to increasing the productivity of organizations lies in the connection of these models to the organization’s data, in complete safety, compliance and with respect for privacy. Microsoft 365 COPILOT thus accesses real-time in Microsoft Graph of the organization in real time to generate responses based on user content (documents, e-mails, calendar, cats, meetings, contacts and other professional data) combined with its context work (current meeting, email exchanges on a subject, chat conversations) to provide precise, relevant and contextual responses.

Microsoft committed for a responsible AI
For several years, Microsoft has defined principles and standards of responsible AI, which guide our research work on AI and have the development of automatic learning models preserving life. A multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers and legal examines our AI systems in order to determine its potential defects and rectify it, by refining training data, filtering harmful content, blocking requests and results on sensitive subjects and applying owner technologies such as interpretml and fairlearn to help detect and correct biases in data. Microsoft is transparent on the operation of the system in its decision -making by indicating the limits, by publishing the links to the sources of information and by inviting users to check the facts and to adjust the content according to their expertise in the matter.
