SOS & Assistance (I) Services Connect SOS and assistance for radionavigation systems using a personal SIM card: for vehicles built before 2016, equipped with radionavigation systems using a personal SIM card installed by the customer On the dedicated radio location, the connected SOS services and assistance will cease to operate. Due to the technical obsolescence of the platform which escapes our control, resulting in additional security risks and vulnerabilities in terms of data violation, we have no choice but to put out of use These services from January 1, 2024. Contracts subject to subscription are not affected. Please see the FAQ section for more information.
