Follow these steps to connect your vehicle to your My Renault account @@

Sit in your car after closing the My Renault app on your smartphone
Turn on the central screen of your vehicle and accept data sharing with Renault
reveal the notifications by dragging your finger from the top to the bottom of the screen

Click on your user profile then to my My Renault account and log in with your username and password

Open the My Renault app on your smartphone. Your car appears on the home page of your app and your vehicle data is now visible

My Renault

My Renault is an application offering you to stay connected to your Renault vehicle. It allows you to have access to various services, 24 -hour assistance, geolocate your car, or even visualize your trips.

The My Renault application is also connected to vehicles equipped with the new Easy Link multimedia system to send your destination to your car from your smartphone or find your parked car.

If you have an electric car, this app makes it possible to pay the status status of your battery, program your load remotely, find the load terminals available nearby or to destination or even simulate your route by identifying the load terminals on your journey. You can also launch and program the air conditioning or heating from your vehicle remotely.
