– The Infobanque service (*): you have a “banking” question (bank account, incident costs, means of payment, booklet, credit, microcredit, ….)) ? We give you any general information on the regulations and tell you to who turn you to settle your difficulty (we do not intervene in disputes). We provide the same insurance for insurance, only by phone or in writing.

Important details about parts and tickets:

Problems with a transfer

If you have detected a transfer of which you are not originally, you must secure access to your Internet Customer area as quickly as possible.

If you always have access to your Internet customer area:

Immediately change your password on your Internet customer area:

  1. Go to the “My Profile” section then in “Authentication and Security”.
  2. Select “Password”, follow the indications, fill in the entry fields, then validate.

Your password is immediately modified. For your password to be secure, it is important to avoid birth dates or other easily devable information. Finally, remember to change it regularly !

If you no longer have access to your Internet customer area:

Launch the password reset procedure. Complete the form with the requested information, and choose the sending of the provisional password by post. Access to your Internet customer area will be secured upon validation of your password reset request.
