A few days after Mercedes and its EQS limousine with high ambitions, it’s Audi’s turn to present an 100 % electric luxury sedan. And when we travel the press release published on April 19, we can find a lot of similarities, both in language elements and in the two cars. We will remember that this Audi A6 e-tron, which is only a concept for the moment, can offer up to 700 kilometers of autonomy. The Mercedes EQS, longer (5.18 meters, against 4.96) will climb up to 770 kilometers.

Such important autonomy is a real argument for this Audi A6 e-tron, a argument which has something to reassure for long journeys (an area where electric mobility fishes). Audi relies on the PPE (Premium Platform Electric) development platform, designed in partnership with Porsche, to design this 100 % electric sedan. This promises performance up to expectations. Audi promises for example an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in less than four seconds, thanks to a power of 350 kW (two engines).
