Bouygues contacted me to offer me fiber and 4K BBOX.
Installed since October 10, 2018, I only have problems ! This buggs constantly, there are screen cuts, I have to disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable, I can no longer read an external hard drive or the USB keys. Lorque the technician came to the insatrus, I had no explanations ! After multiple calls for assistance I was told to go get a new decoder in the store and the height; !! it is shameful !I regret my old box that dates from 10 years ! at least it worked !
I strongly advise against the BBOX 4K and Bouygues Telecom which has no S.HAS.V !
