Steps

I foresee the intervention of technicians

In a building, technicians must first access the technical premises to install the fiber within the building.

You must ensure:

• either to have the keys to access the technical rooms of the building,
• Either of the presence of your goalkeeper during the installation day to allow the technician to access the technical rooms of the building.

The technician connects my apartment

The technician will then be able to connect the fiber inside your accommodation, from the preinstalled boxes at the bottom of the building.

It will therefore place a cable connecting the floor housing and your apartment, circulating the fiber cable on the landing:

• either apparent* along the ceiling or on a plinth,
• either in an already existing chute or sheath.

* If the work (apparent cables) require the prior agreement of the co -ownership trustee or the lessor, the technician will give you an authorization form to have them completed and sign.

I choose where to place the plug in my apartment or my house

• The technician pierces a hole as close as possible to your front door to bring the cable into your accommodation.
• You agree with him the location of the socket and the installation.

It then circulates the cable either apparently (for example on the top of your plinths with a glue pistol or staple), or in chutes (the installation of chute is chargeable in the private space).

• Finally, he sets up on the wall at the location you indicated to him.

The technician installs my equipment

How to make an appointment to have orange fiber in my accommodation ?

When your accommodation is eligible for fiber:
