- Subscription: your subscription (also called “contract”) continues until its termination. To use the Withings service, you must have internet access and the latest available version of the WiSings Mobile Application. Unless you terminate your subscription before your billing date, you allow us to take the subscription fees for your next billing cycle on your payment method (see “Cancellation” below). The term “means of payment” designates a valid means of payment.
- Promotional or discovery offers: we are likely to punctually offer promotional offers, packages or special subscriptions (“offers”). The eligibility for these offers is determined by Withings at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to stop offering an offer at any time. - Billing and cancellation
- Billing cycle: Subscription costs of the Withings+ service are levied from your payment method on the specific payment date indicated on the subscription management web page available at https: // healthmate.withings.com. The billing cycle is monthly or annual depending on the type of subscription chosen when subscribing to the service. In some cases, the payment date may vary if the first payment attempts have failed, if your means of payment is not properly determined, if you modify your billing cycle or if your paid subscription has started one day not included in a given month.
- Payment means: To use the Withings service, you must provide at least one valid means of payment. Withings automatically uses the payment method used during the initial order (credit card, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.). You can change your payment method at any time (see below). As long as your subscription is not terminated, you authorize Withings to take automatic direct debits from the means of payment associated with your account, with or without notice. Withings Health Mate brings together in a single high -performance and customizable mobile application, all the monitoring tools for your vital settings. No need to have an application to monitor your weight or physical activity and another for your hypertension or sleep apnea problems, everything is accessible on Withings Health Mate.
The mobile application incorporates a step counter, in order to measure your regular physical activity.
