What is the Legion of Honor?

The Legion of Honor is the First National Order to Honor French Citizens. It’s the Highest distinction. It rewards the eminent merits acquired in the title of the nation eith in a civil capacity or in arms.

The Legion of Honor Consists:

• 3 grades (knights, office, commanders)
• and 2 dignities (Grand Officers and Grand Crosss).

You can’t ask for the Legion of Honor for Yourself. You must be nominated by someone else.

What are the conditions for obtaining the Legion of Honor?

The Criteria for Awarding The Legion of Honor Differ Depending On Whhether You Are Civilian or Military.

• Military (non-General Officers)

General case

You must the following 3 Conditions:

• Have a prominent merits in exercise, during At Least 20 Years, Activities for the Benefit of the General Interest and of the Nation
• Have a criminal record virgin and a good morality
• To be proposed by a minister, after considering of a file constituted at the request of a central administration, a prefect, an association, a political figure (mayor, member of parliament, etc.) Now a Group of at Least 50 Persons (for the Citizens’ Initiative)

SOWS MUST B Validated by the Legion of Honor Order Council, Chaired by the Grand Chancellor.

You don’t have to do it to be a French national. Foreign Nationals May be aweded the Legion of Honor. However, they cannot Become Members of the Order of the Legion of Honor.

Military (non-General Officers)

You must the follower 2 Conditions to obtain the Rank of Knight and Officer of the Legion of Honor:

• Have a prominent merits in exercise, during At Least 20 YearsActivities for the Benefit of the General Interest and of the Nation
• Have a criminal record virgin and a good morality
• Be entering on a specific Competition Board

You don’t have to do it to be a French national. Foreign Nationals May be aweded the Legion of Honor. However, they cannot Become Members of the Order of the Legion of Honor.

When are promotions for the Legion of Honor?

The Dates Vary Depending On Whhether You’re A Civilian or a Military Person.

Honor Opinion

So, my Honor 50 bought 1 and a half years ago, very happy, very nice edge on -board screen, never had a problem with this such, but now let’s get into the updated subject, they have made the Android 13 update , a sloppy update, the status bar of the notifications was illegible, with no possibility of modifying the color or transparency of it in the parameters, the fonts of writing are spaced what millimeters between the letters, which made this update of the 5 year old kids ? It lasted two months, finally there was a fix, so the notification bar is white, as before years ago when the dark theme was not available on the smartphone, it is absolute ugliness, and Of course no possibility of changing the color in the settings, if you change the theme of the smartphone and the status bar remains white, which is scandalous and not at all harmonious.
Honor is doing things wrong and customer service except to do ready -made sentences do not realize, that they uttered my smartphone with their inability to deploy a quality update, in fact they have deployed a sloppy update, As if they didn’t care about customers.
All this is not worthy of a smartphone manufacturer, in addition the monthly security updates are not done regularly.

So me Honor is finished, because manufacturer not up to the follow -up of updates.
I don’t even imagine if the smartphone has a technical problem !

false advertising

Unlike Huawei, Honor is a thief company. I bought a Honor Magic 5 PRO A phone at 1199 euros, I had to receive no tablet P8 offered at the latest on 07/20/23 and despite 8 emails sent no response other than an investigation is in progress, I have denounce them to the DGCCRF

Refusal to sell detached pieces

I just bought a Honor smartphone, unfortunately I dropped it and the screen is broken. Customer service

After receiving a defective laptop, it is impossible to return it to request a refund. Customer service is a disaster, advisers do not include information and have no power to meet our expectations. Owner of a Honor Magic watch ..

Owner of a Honor Magic Swatch 2 watch which worked very well on my old mobile, I changed the latter for a Honor 70, very beautiful device, but impossible to connect my watch.
I called the Honor after -sales service which was unable to depan me, unable to connect a Honor watch with a Honor mobile. It is unacceptable that despite the separation from Huawei, he does not ensure the after -sales service of devices bearing the same brand.

After -sales service / warranty to flee

Bad experience,
After just a few hours of use, my computer motherboard has flaws and no longer works.
Sent in warranty the partner company with which they work find oxidation traces on said motherboard, obviously it is not supported (humidity) by the warranty, the PC a 1.5 years, is not taken under warranty, while it is in a dry H24 room.
Business partner with the manufacturer so as not to take care of by using false grounds for warranty care.

Red on the site

They made a great offer of 100 euros less than Amazon with such + hull and wireless headphones offered and with the quantity of negative comments I hesitated for a week before ordering. I spoke with someone on the site and watched the GTC and other info carefully, nothing suggests a dubious site. Finally I received my full order in 2 days (free delivery and I live in the countryside) I just chose point relay to avoid all PB with DHL.

Order canceled without reason

Order canceled for no reason, I try a new order the next day and the site indicates that I have three orders including one canceled. After calling customer service I refuse one of the two parcels which returns to the sender eight days later and begins a obstacle course to obtain reimbursement. Zero customer service and never the same people. After registered letter and several emails with unsuitable responses I receive reimbursement two months after !

Everything was fine on my previous ones ..

Everything was fine on my previous purchases until the recent order of the Honor Magic VS when it opened up for sale. Telephone ordered and paid on 05/25/2023 and from nothing, no news, no answers to the various requests on the various supports available, still not sending my order. Inadmissible such behavior for a brand that aims to be ‘premium’. My only solution will be the opening of a PayPal dispute since they do not answer.
I understand that the craze on a phone this type can be the cause of supply problem but at the cost of the Honor phone must play transparency and prevent its customers with any problems.
Lamentable behavior.

Made in China

After almost a year of use, I finally give my opinion on the Magicbook Pro with Ryzen 5.
The first weeks, the PC is very good, very efficient. But its performance quickly deteriorated, after 6 months the PC began to row without any reason, after almost a year of use, the battery is discharged after 2:30 am in hand, it ventilates at the slightest task ( browser opening etc..) and oars even more.
In short, today I have a PC which must be constantly connected with performance of a 2010 PC, and for € 699, it is clearly abused.
This is the first and last time that I have taken this brand.

Never shipped

After 1 month of complaints of all kinds, around twenty emails and calls for after -sales service, all accompanied by a report at the DGCCRF . I ended up being reimbursed for 700 € that Honor should be, intended to be used for Christmas gifts which could never be offered since the order was debited even before it was sent (sending that never having took place because of a stock -out). Height of the class, not even a meager excuse matching the reimbursement email. In short, if you are looking for a new phone, go your way .

Like the previous comment, I have to leave my opinion, because reading all the negative opinions, I hesitated a lot to order on their site especially for a basket at more than 500 €…
Package well received with watch and protection as a gift, despite the follow -up was not properly sent to me, a letter was missing ..
Small fright once recovered the right tracking number, the package is lost between Poitiers and Saint Brieuc but nothing to do with Honor. Received in 5 days with the package routing problem.
Departure in DPD then Chronopost. Here is my experience. Satisfied.

I’m waiting for a few more days if still nothing disputed at Paypal I will not take the lead with them lol especially that customer service does not respond to such and by email ! Shipping times worse than Chinese sites

Today on March 28, 2023, I ordered a PAD 8 tablet on March 6. After having harassed the support to have news from my order after two weeks, they finally canceled it.

Purchase of a mobile phone on official website on August 28, lost package . They took 3 weeks before giving me the info. I have been waiting for a refund since September 28, which has still not been made despite many reminders. I’m in the point where I wonder if I will see this money one day again.

When reading very negative comments, I frankly hesitated to order my watch on Hilhonor. I still started because there was a good promotion on the watch that interested me.
