Punctual user of the metro The card charging system by the phone and Apple Pay allows you to gain serenity when arriving in Paris. In two clicks the tickets are loaded. The only drawback: it is not yet possible to put tickets from the suburban lines. I hope this will soon be possible to have everything in the card and avoid multiplying tickets.

Very disappointing !

After the lamentable fiasco of online payment, at home, “thanks” to the navigo pass reader sold by the RATP and which required each month 3/4 hour of unsuccessful trials, configuration of the browser, downloads of the last Java version, to finally fail once or twice in three, there was enough to be enticed by the possibility of paying online via a new application. The ace ! Once downloaded, she announces that the payment function is not compatible with your iPhone 6. Bravo for the incentive to change the device every two years: is it the policy of the government, the Ile-de-France region, the city of Paris and all these candidates who are preparing to run for our votes by waving slogans empty of meaning and above all ?
Well, I am asked for my opinion, I give it online and I send me an email to tell me the link to which I need to copy it. Link which, of course, does not lead to anything. I thought that the abuse of unnecessary uses of the Internet was not good for the planet. It is not, however, for lack that we are constantly the lesson on this subject.
Here, finally, I therefore give it anyway, my opinion: 0 pointed for the service, or 1/5, let’s say, to remunerate the sweat of all those who were put to use, and 19/20 for the coherence decidedly constant in the proclaimed self -controlled self -control to the mediocrity of the result.

Data interface / incompatible pass

Interface not very pretty… The time function to review: it is heavy to be forced to enter the arrival to see the schedules, I want to see all the schedules of a stop, I don’t care about the card or to be forced to waste time type arrival. – The very important concept of long train or short train of the RER, Transilien and Metro 14 is completely absent ! – In addition incorrect hours: RER B (Gare du Nord> St Michel: no departure indicates on 8/12 at 21:12 while this is false!) – In addition we cannot even see the list of stops served or the time of arrival from the results of the schedules, what a pity. – Update at the end of December for the crowds ok we can offer it but we consult it where ? Lines are missing (at random all the RER and Transilien) and the directions are not good (Bondy in doubles on the T4, they are missing on the branch lines like the 7 or 13, …) and then it’s better to put the nominal transport offer before making Yet Another Affluence by Crowdfunding. – Finally impossible to dematerialize the imaginr pass. Don’t tell me it’s not possible I know that, but if you have a forecast date it would be good. Because recharging with my such I don’t care about an imaginr.
