The warranty extension is added to the warranty already in place on your device, at the time of arrival at the customer’s address.

Refund policy for the extended warranty and the VIP package:

The Customer is entitled to the full reimbursement of his order if it has not been shipped. If the goods were dispatched to the address indicated by the customer during payment, the VIP package and the warranty extension are not refundable. Only physical items are entitled to a refund according to their state and their policy (please consult the conditions of use 3.3 for more details).

The products must be returned in their original packaging with all the documentation, the accessories, the battery, the stylus, cable, helmet, etc. Included in the initial shipment.

When you return your device, you must make sure that it is unlocked and free from security software that could prevent us from accessing it if the device is locked or deactivated when you turn it over, we may have the total cost of the device and/or do not make a repair/a refund (if applicable).
Note: If you can’t unlock or deactivate your device, please inform us before returning it.

Please make sure that your device is restored to its factory settings without there being personal data left before return. We will not be responsible for the use or disclosure of data on the device returned during the evaluation and repair process.

To cancel an order, please send an email to [email protected] or [email protected]. Make sure to include your order number and a message indicating that you want to cancel the order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can launch the order cancellation process.
Due to the current situation of the COVVI-19, many Canadian banks/companies, including ours, work 50 % in offices due to the new provincial regulations.
