You only have to open this notification to authorize and validate the connection to your account.

1. Install a Google application on your smartphone

To use this function, you must have the Google or Gmail app installed on your smartphone. If these two applications are in principle installed on Android, this is not the case on the iPhone.

If you have Apple smartphone, download Google or Gmail, and connect your account.

2. Enter your account safety settings

Open your favorite web browser from your computer and go to the page dedicated to your settings of your Google account. If this is not already the case, connect, and go to the section Security.

In the box connection to Google, click on menu Use your phone to connect.

3. Activate the function

A window explaining the operation of the option is displayed. Click on the button Configure To start configuring the option.

4. Configure your smartphone

Google then asks you to select the smartphone that will be used to connect.
