3.1 Standard return policy:

PDAPLAZA provides a return policy of 7 days from the time of arrival to the customer’s address. Refunds and replacements depend on the state of goods. Please see the following conditions for more details.

Return policy for defective goods:

3.2 If the goods prove to be defective in the factory within 7 days of their arrival at the customer’s address, customers are entitled to a full refund or a replacement. Please note that PDA Plaza technicians will inspect the phone to check the problem and, if necessary, the item will be shipped to the manufacturer for an official declaration indicating that it is a factory defect. If the packaging/box of the item is open, minimum restocking costs of 25 % will be applied even if the item itself is still sealed and has not been used. Delivery costs will not be reimbursed.
