I bought a Panasonic TX-65MZ800E TV station with a Google OS on July 26, 2023. Today on August 16, 2023, I still can’t get to this Google presentation, I asked HomeCinéesolutions if I could change TVs. The withdrawal period is 14 days for an internet order, I exceed a few days, it is obvious. Unfortunately this company did not take into account my difficulties of adaptation with this Google OS, it is a shame, customer satisfaction is not put in the foreground, I do not recommend this brand.

I bought a home cinema set with Marantz SR6015 amplifier a pack of Focal Chora 826d speakers, central and rear and a subwoofer 600p. I was very well advised by the store technicians, the price of the ensemble ordered turned out without competition and the delivery was made without problem by a quality carrier. I have struggled for three days before I successfully adjust the amp as the options are multiple and not always easy to understand (a manual of adjustment assistance would be welcome) .
