How to open a hello bank vision account! in Belgium?

Step 1: Fill in the account for account opening

You do either via the Hello-Bank site or via the mobile app. Complete all the requested information.

Step 2: Reception of your digipass, signature and identity card

Each bank needs to check your identity and have your signature to open your current account.

At Hello Bank, you have 2 choices, it’s up to you for the one that suits you best

By mail
Hello Bank, make your hello box easier which contains the pre -filled and printed documents with your digipass and a return envelope.
You sign the contract and join a retrato-verso copy of your identity card and slide everything into the return envelope without having to put a stamp.

A collaborator who moves to you

If you wish, you can also choose that a courier joins you at the place of your choice (at home, at your workplace, . ) In order to scan your identity card, have you sign the request for an account opening (entry contract in relation) and give you your hello box.

Step 3: Choice of your PIN code via SMS

When Hello Bank! will have received your signed contract and the comic of your Recto-Verso identity card. You will receive an SMS that contains the instructions to receive your bank card and your PIN code.

Choose your PIN code within 7 days of receiving your first SMS. Otherwise you will receive a predefined pin code by mail. You will receive your bank card via a second mail.

Step 4: sending your bank card

Your bank card will be sent to you by post once you have chosen your PIN code

Step 5: activation of your card

As soon as you receive your bank card in your mailbox, activate by performing an operation with your PIN code to a ticket distributor or a payment terminal in a store.

Step 6: activation of your account

When your card is activated, download the hello bank app ! And create a profile and choose your password. To activate your account you must sign using the M2 key on your card player and voila !
