Unjustified heetch overcharging, unanswered complaints

I ordered a VTC via Heetch for a Paris Banlieue Tour Roissy CDG route at 4 a.m. The application is undoubtedly the cheapest VTC: € 30 when ordering. But I receive an invoice of € 50, an increase of 67%, which no longer places Heetch in the cheapest applications as the displayed price is much lower than the price invoiced. In the CGU, it is stipulated that there may be overcharging in the event of a change of route, or traffic jams. But in my case Heetch cannot take refuge behind these arguments: at 4 am the road was deserted, the journey was very fast, without any incident to point out. I have no answer on my complaints, and the opinions posted here are not reassuring. In short, favor another platform.

Sept. 8. 2023 I used the Heetch VTC service by comparing it to others (Uber, Bolt, Freenow). I chose it because the price announced was the best at that time. I did not have access to other information (conditions, possible price change).

The journey did not go as planned. The streets were congested by the start of the rugby cup. The driver took another route which lengthened the journey time. I missed the appointment to which the VTC was supposed to lead me within a better delay than the transport that I usually use.

I had the unpleasant surprise to discover a price of 22nd instead of the 15th announced & validated. I contacted the after -sales service who told me that the big price in pink that I had undertaken to pay was in fact only an estimate. There is a lack of transparency on “price readjustments” according to them specific to all the systems. They believe they give me a commercial gesture by crediting my surplus account when I no longer want to use the service.

I’m still waiting for the 7 euros reimbursement.

My bad heetch experience

First Heetch experience and bad experience The driver, however nice, missed the exit to drive me to the airport drops me to the bad terminal even after insisting that he had work had work.
