The introduction of the third generation of Peugeot 3008 is an opportunity for the Stellantis group to inaugurate its new Stla Medium platform. A high -flight base capable of accommodating hybrid blocks as 100% electric for vehicles causing their template between 4.30 m and 4.90 m. During the revelation of this 3008, its engineers confirmed to us that the machine would be able to collect a power level higher than the 320 hp available at launch.

Fingers in the catch

A level of power which, of course, would go hand in hand with an all -wheel drive, and would legitimize the passage of the 3008 in the expert hands of the Peugeot Sport department in order to allocate the PSE badge (Peugeot Sport Engineed).

The PSE label more legitimate than ever

If Peugeot seemed to have abandoned the development of this sports label, its renewal on the restyled sedan and break 508 suggest the development of a real range, in the long term. The low sales of the Sochalian Flagship in sports clothes have not demoralized the management teams, obviously, the latter probably capitalizing on the image vector of these exceptional models. In 2024, or even 2025, Peugeot could formalize the occurrence of this E-3008 PSE of approximately 388 hp, with a raging look, to supplement the 360 ​​hp of the 508 hybrid rechargeable.
