Off -peak hours
The off -peak / full hour option is intended to Smooth the electrical network load By avoiding creating consumption peaks during time slots where customer demand is maximum.
In fact, the Off -peak hours are often concentrated at times when consumer demand in electricity is low, most often at night, but not always. How many hollow and full hours are there ?
Each day includes eight hours of off -peak hours. From one case to another, these beaches can be contiguous, or divided into two periods.
