• Any incident in which you knowingly put your mobile device in danger or have not taken care
• Aesthetic damage

You can terminate the Samsung Care+ insurance within 30 days of receipt of the GTC, without paying additional fees or charges, with full reimbursement, provided that no sinister is declared. Beyond the 30-day period, you can always terminate your insurance, but no refund will be made for insurance formulas payable monthly. The one -year and two years insurance formulas will be reimbursed in proportion to the insurance period not used if you have not submitted a compensation request. If your compensation request has succeeded, no refund will be made.
