1- Select a DSL offer and personalize it

Once your DSL offer is selected, you compose your TV offer by selecting:

• The latest generation decoder to watch TV on TV
• A second decoder to enjoy your 2nd TV
• The TV app to find TV on your mobile, tablet, PC/Mac
• Or no TV service.

You can then add the TV bouquets or the options that interest you.
You prefer to decide later ? No need to hurry. Return after your subscription to your customer area to add a bouquet or an option at any time.

Can I subscribe to a loved one ?

Yes, you can submit an internet subscription for a loved one (a student child, a friend, a parent. )). You will have to enter the person’s address and personal information for which you subscribe.
The contract will be sent to your name and its address (installation address) and you will have to return it signed with supporting documents.

2- Termination with your current operator

You have a subscription to another operator ? Orange reimburses you operator change costs and take care of termination procedures if you keep your fixed phone number.

3- Installation of the Livebox and your equipment

During your online order, you select your delivery method for your orange equipment: in store, in relay point or at the address of your choice.

To install your equipment, connect your livebox and your TV decoder. They are automatically configured. If necessary, the my livebox app to download for free can guide you step by step.

How to get more recent equipment ?

You have a livebox prior to the livebox 4 or an old TV decoder and you want to exchange them for more recent orange equipment ?
Identify yourself and go to the Options section to make your request and exchange equipment.

4- When will you have access to the fiber ?

Orange invests more than 1 billion euros each year in the deployment of fiber, in order to offer very high speed internet to all its customers: more than 20 million households are already eligible for fiber.

If your accommodation is not yet eligible, be reassured, you can subscribe to an ADSL offer and switch to fiber without re -engagement and without connection costs.
You will be informed before the arrival of the fiber at home to take advantage of it as soon as possible.

The 1st rehearsal is accessible on request on orange.fr for the UP and Max offers, and the 2 additional repeaters on max are separately accessible each 72 hours after the previous request. Access to repeaters cannot be combined with rehearsal accessible via other offers.

WiFi specialists : Telephone support by appointment taken on orange.fr Depending on availability or via customer service from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The waiting time before putting in touch with an advisor is free from orange networks.
