Hello everyone,
I am currently subscribed to the young people under 26 years old.
Previously, I could watch the Canal+ channels on the MyCanal application that I had installed on my Bouygues decoder.
But I just went to Orange this month and I cannot install the MyCanal app on the decoder.
So is it possible that I connect with my customer number and my password directly in Canal+ ?

MyCanal does not exist on orange decoders.

You only have a Canal+ universe that is declared for offers with commitment.

Use equipment with a mycanal application or a Canal+ application (some Samsung, LG, HISENSE, HISENSE, Smart TV and Android TV, Apple TV, Xbox One/Séries X, PS4/PS5, Chromecast, Key/Box Fire TV, PC, smartphone, tablet).

Orange: MyCanal is finally available on the TV 2 key

Orange TV 2 key is enriched and now allows you to access the MyCanal application. It will therefore be possible to take advantage of the encrypted chain everywhere on the move, provided you are subscribed to it.

Orange’s nomadic decoder now hosts a new service. This is MyCanal which is directly accessible through the TV 2 key, provided you are subscribed to it.

A single device for all your content

Orange customers who have the TV 2 key and are subscribed to Canal+ can now have access to the two universes directly from a single device. There will therefore be no longer to juggle to go from orange TV to its channel options+.

To take advantage of it, nothing could be simpler. From the reception of the TV 2 key, just click on the Canal+ logo and then enter its identifiers. You can then take advantage of all the channels included in your Canal subscription+.

Orange customers who are only subscribed to the Canal+ Series platform can also benefit from this directly.

As a reminder, the TV 2 key is a device that connects directly to an HDMI socket and just a simple phone charger to feed it. This allows you to enjoy orange TV on a second screen and even take it with you on the move through France since it is enough to connect to any box in wifi in order to have TV D ‘Orange.

The TV 2 key is billed at 5 euros per month with activation fees of 10 euros and it is without commitment. The option is offered if you have a livebox up or livebox max fiber or adsl offer, you will still have to pay 10 euros in activation. SOSH customers can also benefit.
